1. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery timeline is 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email/SMS.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

Products once sold are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the following cases:

Customer has received a wrong product.

Product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

Size Exchange:

Size exchange is possible only if the requested size is available in stock.

The request must be raised within 2 days of delivery through our official email or phone number.

If the requested size is out of stock, exchange will not be possible.

⚠️ Important: For any return or exchange request, customers must provide a complete unboxing video (from opening the package until the product is fully shown). Without valid proof, the request will not be entertained.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Dislike of the product.

Incorrect size ordered.

Refunds are applicable only if:

A wrong product is delivered.

A product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

The claim is supported with valid unboxing video proof.

Refund Timeline:

Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days from our end.

The amount will reflect in the customer’s original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.
